I am Bryan Wayne Perry one of the 4 children of international songwriter Darrell Wayne Perry and a heir of the Darrell Wayne Perry Family Trust case # pe05-06-0659 Butler County Probate Court.
The issue at hand is the conduct and the behavior of Attorney Bill W. Cummins who practice law from the following address. suit 162 8316 Princeton Glendale Rd West Chester, Ohio 45069. 513-868-9986
In the matter of Case Number P.E.05-06-0659 Bill W. Cummins is a conflict of interest due to the following .
1.) Bill W. Cummins is a member of Solid Rock Church (trustee church where she is a pastor)
2.) Bill W. Cummins is friends with executrix and trustee pastor Darlene Bishop of Solid Rock Church
3.) Bill W. Cummins wrote the will and the trust of Darrell Wayne Perry.
4.)Bill W. Cummins informed all children he would no longer have any contact with us period. In August of2005
5.) Bill W. Cummins brought a intervios trust in to court after Darrell Wayne Perry paid for it not go to probate court.
6.)Bill W. Cummins represented Pastor Darlene Bishop against the children and the estate collecting 100,000 in awards by Judge Randy Rodgers who is also friends with Pastor Bishop and admitted it to all legal counsel.
7.) For 5 years Bill W. Cummins has lied and deceived the 4 heirs of the Darrell Wayne Perry trust and has kept from us all incoming royalty's checks and bank account information for over 5 1/2 years since the death of Darrell Wayne Perry . To Date we have not had a fair and balanced accounting.
9.)Bill W. Cummins contacted music companies telling them not have any dealing with Bryan Wayne Perry or Justin Wayne Jones which is tortuous interference with a contractual business. Wayne Perry trust states the all Heirs are to pitch, protect, promote and market the Darrell Wayne Perry catalog.
10.) these are only a hand full of issues pertaining To Bill W. Cummins and we believe that he is guilty of not honoring the code of ethics as Attorney under rule1.7
11.) Bill W. Cummins paid for a song-cologist May of 2010 to review a song that was stolen out of the Wayne Perry catalog under Bill W. Cummins and Pastor Dalrene Bishop's watch. attached below. Bill W. Cummins wrote the Darrell Waytne Perry trust and knows that we have to protect the intellectual property of the trust. Bill W. Cummins refuses to pay Wallace Collins an attorney we the heirs have chosen to represent the case. Which the trustee Darlene Bishop and Bill W. Cummins are in breach of contract with the trust a it reads as Bill W. Cummins wrote it. The trustee and the heirs are to protect the intellectual property of the Wayne Perry catalog @ all cost.
12.)Bill W. Cummins Sold the trust gold & Silver for $32,000 after Janet Perry, Nicole Perry, Bryan Wayne and Justin Wayne advised Bill W Cummins not to sell but to put in safe deposited box for the trust it was a investment which today market value is over $90,000.
13.) Bill W. Cummins has resorted to extortion as if we sign the attached release or we don't get control of our trust. After he has miss filed the taxes. Kept the amount of all monies earned, a accurate accounting since death of Darrell Wayne Perry.

Bill w. Cummins words trustee is to hold any and all life insurance policy.
Bill W. Cummins Sold our gold and silver after we advised him not to costing us over 95,000 in income. Bill W Cummins represented our father Darrell Wayne Perry by creating the will and the trust. Representing Darrell Wayne Perry, The trust, The heirs of the trust and the trustee Darlene Bishop.
Under Ohio rule 1.7: Bill W. Cummins is a conflict of Interest and this attorney Bill W. Cummins used his code of ethic in a unbecoming manor of an Attorney for his FINACAL gain of the Darrell Wayne Perry Trust.
